Our Process
We use BuilderTrend, a powerful project management software, to provide our clients with a streamlined experience. With BuilderTrend, clients can access an up-to-date schedule, track the progress of their remodel, communicate with us, manage their selections, address any warranty issues, and make payments – all from one convenient location. The software is accessible from both computers and mobile devices, ensuring that clients can stay connected wherever they go. We understand the importance of communication, transparency and accountability, which is why we provide our clients with regular updates and detailed insights throughout the project. At the end, we provide all the information collected on a jump drive for our clients to keep for their records.
