With a bachelor's degree in Construction Management from the University of Minnesota, Mankato, Tony brings a solid foundation of knowledge and expertise to every project he undertakes. With a wealth of experience under his belt, Tony has cultivated enduring relationships with our trusted subcontractors. These professionals are an integral part of his business, embodying the principles upon which he has built his success.
Beyond the realm of work, Tony spends time with his wife and two children. Being outdoors is important to him, and he loves exploring the Boundary Waters Canoe Area, and is an avid fisherman. Additionally, Tony loves playing guitar, practicing ceramics and cycling.

Dan Beard
Field Supervisor
As your Field Supervisor, Dan is the gatekeeper of every project. He interacts daily with our homeowners, subcontractors, and the team to keep projects on track with the goal of keeping everyone informed. Dan’s highest priorities are that homeowners and team feel informed, that all questions get answered, and that we maintain a safe worksite. Dan is here to help relieve the natural anxiety that accompanies any home remodeling project, by ensuring that all involved feel connected and respected.
Dan, with his son and their dogs, have called Minneapolis home for many years and love everything the city has to offer. He has more bikes than he'd like to admit and thrives on meeting new people and finding new adventures.
Kailee Godette
Project Coordinator
Kailee is a dedicated project coordinator with aspirations to ascend to the role of project manager. Armed with a bachelor's degree in design and a minor in marketing from Minnesota State University - Mankato, she possesses a solid foundation in both creative and strategic disciplines. Known as the glue that binds the team together, Kailee thrives in fast-paced environments, ensuring seamless operations in every project she undertakes.
With expertise in flooring, cabinet layout, and design, she brings valuable insights and knowledge to the table.Working alongside Tony and Dan, she excels in communication, problem-solving, and multi-tasking. In Kailee's free time, she and her husband enjoy being outdoors, going four-wheeling, dirt biking and camping with their golden retriever. They also love summers spent on the Minnesota lakes up north and hanging out with friends and family.
